Services

In addition to having the largest inventory or felt products, Superior Felt & Filtration, LLC. has a number of converting capabilities and other services to meet our customers demand. These value added services are at the heart of our customer service commitment to our valued customers.

We have an engineering staff on hand to ensure that the best quality and the most cost efficient means of fabrication are achieved for our customer’s products and applications.

We also can provide sample products and trial runs for new applications as well as set up specified tolerances and certifications that ensure fabrication repeatability and quality.



Die Cutting

Die Cutting is at the core of Superior's converting capabilities. We have experienced engineers and quality staff to ensure your job is done right. We also have a wide variety of cutting machines to meet your specific needs.





Laminating

We have lamination capabilities to apply a pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) our products or to your custom product.

We can supply supported or unsupported rubber based PSA, Acrylic PSA, or a high tempertature PSA depending on your needs. If you are looking for a specific PSA with custom specification, please contact us and we will work with you to find the custom solution you are looking for.



Offline Needling

Do you have a specialized material which requires a mixture of two materials to achieve a certain specification? We have an offline needle loom to produce composites for your specialized needs. Contact us today for more information.



Slitting

Many of our felt products are provided to our customers at a slit width. We have capabilities to slit down to 1/2" wide at a tolerance of .020".





Sealing

Whether your products need heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing, we have the ability to meet your needs. These types of sealing are mostly for our filter line of products but can be applied to other uses as well. Contact us to find out if either heat sealing or ultrasonic sealing is right for your product.



PPAP Capable

If you have an automotive or engineering application which requires a total package of documentation, we can provide this for you. A PPAP documentation includes a full package from design specifications, records of materials and performance tests of all supplied parts and process flows.



Custom Packaging

We have the ability to package your finished Felt or Filtration product to your desires. We currently package cut parts and roll goods to go to both direct to consumer and busines to business. Contact us today to discuss your packaging needs.



Printing

From printing on our Felt to printing on the outside of bags, we have the ability and sources to provide what you are looking for. We also can provide a custom bar coded label directly on the product or on the outside of boxes.
