As the 2017 Automotive Summit in Greenville, South Carolina wraps up, we’re proud to say we engaged with countless automotive industry experts and C-Suite executives regarding their automotive nonwoven challenges.
Since automotive nonwovens play such an important role in many areas of auto manufacturing, both directly and indirectly, we wanted to be available to and connect with those who drive the industry forward.
We found out that many of today’s automotive application requirements are being filled using nonwovens that are actually manufactured specifically for another industry, such as medical or industrial markets.
Superior Felt & Filtration’s Southeast Regional Sales Manager, Matt Cox, spoke on this particular issue in his presentation “Nonwovens Crossing Markets”. Cox spoke about the importance of integrating nonwovens that are specifically engineered for automotive applications.
