Processing & Cartridge Manufacturing
Is OmniFlux™ self-pleatable?
OmniFlux™ nylon membrane is not self-pleatable. For pleated cartridge construction, it can be laminated with structural support layers such as spunbond or nonwoven backers to provide stiffness and durability during pleating and downstream conversion.
Superior Felt & Filtration provides integrated solutions including:
- Lamination
- Slitting & sheeting
- Die cutting
- Pleating
- Injection molding
- Finished cartridge assembly
- We support customers from media roll goods to fully finished filtration devices.
Chemical Use Guidelines
Recommended for: alcohols, DMSO, high-pH aqueous solutions, broad range of aqueous filtration applications.
Not recommended for: strong acids, protein recovery applications
